Eric White lived and breathed muscle cars.  And talented artist that he was, he captured the rapture of the best of them.  Sadly, he’s not driving the highway with us anymore.

The prints we have in stock may be all he left us…

One of two Eric White prints left

Eric White’s career began as a technical illustrator for 3M in St. Paul.  He did that for 21 years.  Then “that was that” and he dove into the world of automotive art and climbing the ladder to become an automotive historian.

The man loved all cars, but he was deep down a Pontiac man.  Didn’t take long before he became president of the National GTO Association.  He authored and illustrated a compendium of info on the Pontiac GTO.  He helped found the Automotive History Preservation Society.  Eric was instrumental in getting our gallery, Automotive-Art.com, underway by providing us with wonderful prints of the hallmark cars from the muscle car era.

We should mention that Eric was a delight to deal with, and we will miss his sublime nature.

When we run out of prints in inventory, the car culture will really have to say goodbye to this talented man’s trajectory.
