Chris Froggett's Comments:
With Hop-up parts difficult to find for the V8 flathead, the old four cylinder was still the engine of choice for the majority of the Hot Rod guys. With a Riley OHV head and twin carburetor inlet, this old deuce is the living embodiment of the early post war period. Back home after WW2 the guys down so-cal just picked up where they had left off dragging there old rods out the garage or just nailing some old junker together, and heading out to the lakes to get that all important timing tag. Featured car: 32 Ford Model "B" Lakes Roadster.
