Gerald Freeman's Comments:
A young English race driver, Raymond Mays, has quite an adventure losing his wheel at the Caerphilly hill climb in his Brescia Bugatti, Cordon Bleu. Mays went on to found the ERA Company. The only race car manufactured in England in the thirties. He also founded the BRM Company in 1950.
